i think its time i had a nice little ramble about my day because i haven't had one for quite a while and i had a very interesting day yesterday...
so i went to London...
treated myself to a latte and muffin...hmmm saw a woman on the platform who looked exactly like Helen Miren... text XX about it... may or may not have been told i was attractive... i can't quite tell.
had a very successful morning of fabric shopping... which included a little flirting for samples...treated myself to a fancy sandwich and a pot of tea as reward.
saw the yohji yamamoto exhibtion... felt inspired... sat in the sun with my book to kill some time- now this is when it gets interesting:
"hi there" (in a thick american accent)
i look up to find a check shirt wearing man standing above with a rather cheeky smile on his face:
"im in London for a few days and i was wondering if you could recommend me any cool places to hang out because i thought that you looked pretty cool and might be able to suggest somewhere i can go tonight"
...so then after this i spent 2 hours walking and talking with this man about varying things including: fashion, art, ceramics, drug dealers, fetish parties, tattoos, LA, London, white trash and beer.
it was refreshing and at the same time slightly odd.
then saw an awesome gig
discovered that i possibly have alcoholic tendencies in that i can't go a week without a drink
failed miserably at trying to sleep on the train
got told i sucked by XX
shared a taxi with 3 random women
collapsed in bed
and i have spent today being productive in the studio... and now i am going to fall into bed because i am quite literally dead on my feet
lady of the house of love
